Yews recorded at this site: Ancient 4m-5m, Notable
Notes: These are not the trees recorded as 'Hilliers Arboretum', although those are on the edge of the same wood. So far I have only looked in the western part of the wood, where yews of different ages are scattered singly and in small groves amongst the plantations and remnants of ancient woodland. I expect there may be others. In some places many yew seedlings are coming up, sometimes with hemlock, which look very like them.
