Notes: In the church guide is the following information: Two yew trees were planted in 1740 as the following record shows: 'Then was the 2 yew trees sett in the churchyard by John Gill, John Amey, William Amey and William Panes. Signed JOHN ARNEY Church warden'. They grow either side of the path at the entrance to the churchyard on the south side. At almost 300 years old they have grown very slowly.
