Notes: Here is a Georgian house overlooking Lough Swilly and found between Letterkenny and Rathmullan Castle Grove. It is set in a 200 acre private estate. The main house was built in 1695 after the the original burned down during the siege of 1690. The gardens were designed by Capability Brown and are described as 'offering a charm and seclusion that one expects to find at the end of a mile long avenue'.
