Notes: Dillington House, which has 16th century origins, is now a conference and meetings venue. The parkland here is said to be older still. Permission is required to explore the grounds. All but one of the yews grow in the area called the Wilderness. In addition to those recorded individually in the tree notes, a further two yews were noted as follows: At ST3685215461 a male yew with a girth of 10' 3'' (312cm) and a height of 82'. At ST3685515582 a male yew with a girth of 13' 9'' (419cm) at 2'.
