Notes: Parts of the church date from c1075 but it is thought that an earlier church stood on this site. The yew, which grows ESE, was described in Lewis's 1848 Topographical Dictionary of England as ' a curious yew'. In the National Gazetteer of 1868, it is referred to as a 'very ancient yew-tree'.
