Notes: The site of one of the '50 Great British Trees' chosen to celebrate the Queen's jubilee year. This is thought by many to be the oldest living yew. Both old pictures were provided from Christian Wolf's collection. The early engraving shows the two large fragments before the wall was built around the yew to protect it from souvenir hunters.
