Notes: Polhampton Lodge Plantation is a mixture of open grown yews forming a wood with hazel coppice, sycamore, and a few remaining plantation trees. A few yews grow in the hedgerow to the south. The plantation runs alongside Portway, the Roman road from Silchester to Sarum.
