Alice Holt

The ‘Internal Stem Yew’ is found by the track to Gravel Hill car park from the pond at GPS 51dg 10.97mn N 00dg 51.25mn W. It is near the Hourglass Yew. The yew has a very clear and interesting example of an internal stem, about wrist thickness, and growing separately from the inner wall of the hollow trunk.
