Notes:January 2006 – Peter Andrews: In the north west corner of the old graveyard. A battered old tree with the remains of a tree house. The trunk and remaining branches covered in ivy. Girth estimated as one side of the yew hangs over a large private garden. The yew was much damaged.
April 2006 -Tim Hills: Portions of the original trunk visible in its centre. One rising branch also dead. Girth of 20′ 3” at 1′ recorded included dying ivy. Evidence suggested female.
March 2012 – Peter Norton: Tree house no longer there. Could not be measured through thick stemmed ivy on the north side of the tree. Tree confirmed as female.
