July 2017 – Hugo Egleston: Of the eight yews recorded here, this is the only ancient tree. It is male, has a girth of 15′ 4” (467cm) at 3′ and a good cylindrical stem with dead wood in 2 places. It is found at SU3966024101, south of the track between 2 bridges.
