2001 – Steve Smith: Girth of 380 cm at 1.4m recorded.
2006 – Tim Hills: A solid, leaning tree with many branches. Girth of 13′ 6” (411cm) at the ground.
2013 – Peter Norton: This yew is off a faint track that leads down to the pond and is another well visited site. A party had been held here and discarded bottles and cans surrounded the long extinguished fire. The tree leans to the east and has a flared butt, but the bole extends high into the canopy which in turn was a lush green. No obvious signs of hollowing and the girth was recorded as 12′ 8” (3.86m) at 4′ 6”. The tree has also been recorded on the Ancient Tree Hunt site as 11929, with a girth of 3.8m at 1.5m. Visible from Google Maps at 51.211615,-2.41446.
