Notes:

Parking for 2 cars is available at SU737264. From the car, walk NW along the trail known as ‘Hangers Way’ following the small stream and head for Cockshott Lane. On the way many yew grow on the fern clad escarpments. None are great in girth, I would estimate between 5′ to 8′.
The first 3 photos are typical of yews along this steep path.
Photo 4 shows a yew by one of the many paths that lead off from the main track. It is at approx. 51.033892,-0.954952.
Photo 5 at approx. 51.033858,-0.95094 was the largest yew I observed, female girthing 11′ 2” just above the root crown and omitting a small side limb.
Photos 6 and 7 show yews near to the off road parking, growing on a bank that fronts the road. The first is female, girthing 12′ 2” at 1′ from the top of the bank, the other not measurable as it forms part of the boundary fence.
