Notes:September 1997- Tim Hills: West of the church and on the right in the photograph. Many branches rise from the ivy covered bole above 7′. A shed is sited unnecessarily close to the tree. Girth of 16′ 7” (506cm) at the ground recorded in 1997.
June 2014 – Peter Norton: The smaller yew is male and grows opposite the west side of the tower. It has a low break of crown although the main leader still remains. A girth of exactly 17′ (518cm) at 1′ may be slightly exaggerated due to ivy. A further measurement was taken at 2′ where 17′ 6” (533cm) was recorded.
