Notes:A letter to the Conservation Foundation in 1988 describes two trees, both on the south side of the church, one measuring 11′ 2” (340cm) and the other 10′ 3” (312cm). The images from google earth show 3 yews on the south side. It is assumed that the pair growing side by side were the trees measured. An age of 300 years was estimated and a certificate for this was sent to the church.
