Notes:October 2012 – Tim Hills: The male yew grows inside a hexagonal wall close to the path leading to the door on the north side of the church. It is a tall tree with a slightly twisted stem. Girths recorded were 12′ 0” (365cm) at the root crown (1′), 12′ 1” (368cm) at 3′ and 12′ 11” (394cm) at 5′. Bole height is about 10′ before any branching. It was possibly pollarded at this height in the past.
