Notes:On 10th December 2012, Belper News reported the following: Two ancient yew trees which once stood in Belper’s oldest chapel grounds have been replaced. The originals were probably ‘as old or even older than the 750-year-old St John’s Chapel’ were removed in 1880 and 1911. The decision to replace them came at a Britain in Bloom meeting.
