May 2013 – Peter Norton: The male yew recorded here with a girth of 14′ 1” (429cm) at 1′ grows just east of the south gate. Five further yews grow in this churchyard as follows: (1) to the east and close to the church is a female girthing 10′ at 1′ (2) along the east perimeter a male girthing 10′ 8” at 1′ (3) a twin trunked female close by (4) to the north of the church a younger female (5) a female just west of the south gate.
