Notes:In 2005 I was informed by Meredith that this yew had been mentioned some 200 years earlier. He also told me that he had measured it with a girth of 12’/13′.
In around 2008 Owen Johnson recorded a girth of 4.15cm (13′ 7”) at 10cm and the tree is numbered 97502 in the Ancient Tree Inventory.
