Notes:January 2000 -Tim Hills: A yew growing west of the church has particularly red bark. It is a neat and compact tree with thick foliage. Many branches had been removed. Girths of 13′ 7” (414cm) at 1′ and 13′ 11″ (424cm) at 3′ recorded.
December 2002 -Russell Cleaver: West of church on a slight mound, looks older than it measures. Reduced crown, some dead wood, clean stem. Large rounded tidy churchyard.
March 2012 – Peter Norton: The yew closest to the church has two leaders, one in the process of rotting. Girth of 13′ 11” (424cm) at both 1′ and 2′ (Google map 51.162526,-0.898551). A younger male with a girth of 9′ 6” grows only a few steps away.
