Notes:Find this tree as follows: Park at ST 509 690. Follow path westwards and where it meets the woodland take the right (straight on) path. It passes an old quarry to the left before going downhill where it is met by a path from the right (approx. ST 505688) At this point a less well defined path goes off to the left uphill. Follow this and the yew is within a couple of hundred metres. A fine tall specimen with its bole intact, though decay has begun on the side facing north and downhill.
