Notes:

The Churchwardens’ accounts of 1680 contains the following: ‘Item to John Thomas for two young plants of yew tree, and the setting thereof 1s 8d’ (Margaret Harvey-church guide). Three yews form a line on the south side of the church. Their girths vary from 7′ 3” to 13′ 2” making it difficult to know which were the two trees referred to above.
