Notes:April 2006 – Tim Hills: Marked trail leads through the yew woods of Oxenbourne Down. The nearby valleys and hillsides are clothed in yew.
August 2006 – Steve Peach, Conservation Ranger, gave a lecture and guided walk on the ‘Yews of Queen Elizabeth Country Park’ to a party of 38 members of Eibenfreunde (Friends of the Yew) as part of their 10 day excursion studying the finest yew sites of southern England.
