Notes:Tree B on Canon Pyon Lane at NGR SO45084930. This was the only measureable yew. It was recorded at the place indicated which appeared to be its narrowest point. Various stages of growth are clearly visible with the different colours defining the sapwood and the overlying growth. As with all the yews they do seem to be minimally managed, possibly out of necessity for stock in the pasture behind as well as the road. The tree appeared healthy and no rotting or hollows were apparent.
