Cantref

August 2000 – Tim Hills: On either side of the path leading to the north door is a fine avenue of younger yews. If a record of the planting date could be found this would provide useful evidence of the growth rate of yews in this area. There were formerly 5 on each side, though one is now only a stump.
May 2016 – Paul Wood: On 7th May a massive thunder storm made its way across this area causing much tree damage. The yew avenue at Cantref was affected.
