Notes:The yew is sited at the northernmost extremity of Coed Wen adjacent to an old holloway (I’m doubtful the feature would be a woodbank) and in an area of apparent mineral workings, both these features are not shown on modern or even the 1880 6″ to 1 mile OS maps. Unfortunately no tape measure on this day.
