Notes:

1988: This yew was measured by S.F.Every for the Conservation Foundation’s Yew Tree Campaign and girths of 11′ 7” (353cm) at 3′ and 11′ 5” (348cm) at 4′ were reported. Based on this a certificate for 350 years of age was issued and sent to the church.
2000 Tim Hills: The yew has a straight fluted bole that divides at about 15′, the fluting continuing into its branches, which have been truncated. Foliage was sparse. A girth of 12′ 10” (391cm) was recorded at 5′.
2011 Peter Norton: Photos suggest a change in fortune for this female yew, growing SE of the porch. It has a straight fluted bole that divides at about 15′ and a girth of 12′ 2″ (371cm) at 1′.
