Source of earliest mention: 1995: Clwyd Powys Archaeological Trust
Notes:March 2012 – Tim Hills: Tree 4 on plan is solid, with similar characteristics of the two veteran trees, with much twiggy growth. Girth at least 13′. It is seen on the left in the last photograph.
April 2016 – Paul Wood: A solid looking tree gradually being hidden by the advancing ivy, twiggy growth and a large gravestone propped against its south side. Discarded rubbish scattered under the tree and ivy meant varying ground levels and made the tree unmeasurable. 13′ seemed a good estimate. Photographed during a thunder storm the tree was a striking red colour.
