Notes:

April 2002 – Tim Hills: An elongated hollow with thickening at each end. Ivy filled the tree from the ground into its topmost branches. Girth 16′ 9” (510cm) at the ground.
It is seen here in 1807 – framing the left side of the picture. There is no recent photo available.
2005 – Owen Johnson: Very hollow with stems or fragments spreading from the base. Girth of 510cm at the ground recorded.
