Notes:It was difficult to assess this tree beneath its cover of ivy. Girth of 17′ 6” (533cm) was recorded between the ground and 2′ and is approximate only. Above this height the tree bulges to a girth closer to 22′. The bulge is most noticeable on one side of the tree, and thick branches rise from the platform it creates. The last photo shows a feature of white adventitious shoots, seen on only a few yews.
