Notes:September 2004 – Tim Hills: The largest of the Hyssington Yews grows W of the church. Several large branches from a bole of 4’/6′. Girth of 24′ 1” (734cm) at the ground recorded.
June 2008 – Russell Cleaver: Seems to have suffered no ill effects from crown lifting, both crown and stem show plenty of evidence of fresh new growth. I measured the yew as 24′ 3” (739cm).
