Notes:

March 2006 Tim Hills: The photograph shows a 17′ girthed main trunk on the right with a smaller one on the left joined to it for the first 2′. Soil level is raised at this end of the tree and the original base of the yew is hidden. The tree is carrying a great weight of ivy. A girth of 24′ 7” (749cm) was recorded close to the ground.
2013 Peter Norton: The largest yew grows midway to the northeast lychgate. It is male with a large side limb and a girth around the base of 24′ 7” (749cm). The main bole possibly has a large internal stem as seen from the east side of the tree. Many branches have been removed over the years and secondary wood can be seen flowing over the remaining stubs.
There are two further yews, a 9′ 6” at 2′ hollow male growing close to the north porch and a similar sized female midway along the north perimeter.
