Notes:June 2000 – Tim Hills: Tree 3 on the plan and on the right in the first photo, this yew grows at the NE corner of the church. Its bole appears solid and leads into a large main branch. Another substantial area of growth faces the corner of the church. Above a height of 2’/3′ the trunk is hidden behind twiggy growth. Two large branches facing east have been cut off. Girth of 16′ 5” (500cm) between 1′ and 2′.
2015 – Paul Wood: Burrowing animals are just starting to interrupt the ground levels around the tree, which looked to be otherwise in good condition. Measured as in 2000 at a height of 16” on the south side (which is only 8” on the north side) was 16′ 5” (500cm). Much twiggy growth was noted at a height of about 2′.
2022 – Tim Hills: A girth of 16′ 3” (495cm) recorded between 1′ and 2′.
