Notes:An opening on one side of the yew reveals a very thick internal stem alongside many smaller. There is also a sizeable gash on the opposite side of the tree. From a height of 120cm and upwards the yew is covered with thick twiggy growth. Its bark was particularly flaky. Girths recorded were 4.09m at 1m and 4.20m at 60cm.
