Notes:May 1998 – Tim Hills: To the north of the church by the perimeter wall – which drops 8’/10′ into the adjacent farmyard. I was given permission to see the yew from the farmyard. Expansion of the bole and root structures are causing damage to the wall. It is to be hoped that a solution will be found when wall maintenance is required that does not involve damaging the tree. It has been there for centuries longer than the wall.
