Notes:Tree 9 on the plan. A stocky, solid looking tree. Its trunk forms a complete circle and it appears solid. However when viewed from the phone box side a hole at the height of about 4′ 6” it is possible to see inside. Here is an accumulation of several feet of material that has fallen from the inside of the tree and built up inside it. Above this it is a hollow shell in which can be seen some internal growth.
