Girths of 13′ 10” (422cm) at 1′ and 16′ 3” (495cm) at 5′ were recorded in 2000 and in August 2006 a girth of 15′ 0” (457cm) at 2′ 6”.
2016 Paul Wood: A twisting live wood shell with internal growth in the hollow centre. I measured at 2′ 6” which seemed to be the narrowest part of the tree and recorded a girth of 15′ 4” (467cm).
