Notes:February 2000 – Tim Hills: Tree 3 on the plan. It grows on a small mound. Its hollow was filled with bottles. The original trunk rises 16’/20′ and is now only dead sapwood. Alongside this rise three new branches. A girth of 12′ 10” (391cm) was recorded at its lowest point.
July 2016 – Paul Wood: Tree 3 is a hollow yew with dead white wood visible between 4′ and 8′ and behind much twiggy growth and small amounts of ivy.
