Notes:

2016 Paul Wood was told by a 90 year old gentleman who had always lived in the village that there used to be three huge yews in the churchyard. Two were blown down in storms and removed while the third had regrown from the stump. The first edition OS map from 1840 shows three evergreen tree symbols which seem to corroborate his story. The two red circled trees are the ‘lost’ yews. The yellow circled tree is the yew that has started to regrow.
