March 2003 – Tim Hills: The yew has a fine clean strong uninterrupted and fluted trunk which continues into a rising central branch. There is further branching from 8′ upwards. Girths recorded of 13′ 6” (411cm) at 1′ and 14′ 3” (434cm) at 4′. There is no hollowing.
