Notes:This yew is buried deep in a multi species hedgerow on the north side of Burwarton Lane leading away from Loughton, at SO61428323. I was unable to make any photographic record or measure a yew which was totally obscured by holly, blackthorn and other species. Peering in with difficulty I was able to see a short bole of 3’/4′ height with two main leader branches and a thick mass of foliage intertwined with the rest of the hedge. Girth was estimated at 15’/ 17′.
