Notes:

December 2015 – Paul Wood: This yew is on the boundary bank five metres in from the churchyard entrance at SO61608297. It has a short bole with an explosion of branches at a height of about 3′. These appear to have been regularly trimmed back or cut off to allow entrance to the churchyard. The yew has much twiggy growth but a clear section at the foot of the tree had a light covering of ivy. It was measured as 13′ 7” (414cm) level with the ground on the churchyard side, girth having been reduced by 2” to allow for ivy. Since the ground drops away 2 metres outside the churchyard it was not possible to fully examine the tree.
