Tree ID: 1792
Yews recorded: Lost
Tree girth: No data
Girth height: not measured
Tree sex: unspecified
Date of visit: 6-Apr-98
Source of earliest mention: 1798: A second walk through Wales - Richard Warner
Notes:At least three of the five yews have been lost since 1798. Of the two larger girthed yews on the east side, the tree with a girth of 33′ is almost certainly the 27′ yew recorded in 1798 and the tree with a girth of 18′ 6” might have been one of the 15′ trees described at that time.
