Notes:

March 1999 – Tim Hills: SW – On one side new wood is being laid down over sections of the original trunk, the other is covered in impenetrable twiggy growth. Girth was 16′ 8″ (508cm) at 1′.
By 2013 the twiggy growth had been removed, enabling all sides of the tree to be seen. The following girths were recorded: 17′ 2” (523cm) at 1′, though this was not an easy height to be precise. 17′ 0” (518cm) at about 1′ 4”, the height of an embedded nail. 19′ 0” (579cm) at 3′.
