Notes:Doug Lloyd: On the top of the ridge (unquarried!) is this common yew with a girth of 7.88m. It is, I think, a coppice stool, as the stems seem to only be perhaps 100-150 year old growth. It sits on an old woodbank/sunken lane edge. Its girth could be slightly misleading as one stem almost looked like phoenix regen, or growth off an old root.
