Notes:

August 2007 – Tim Hills: A solid looking, fine healthy tree with thick branches from 8’/10′ and upwards. Girth of 15′ 0” (457cm) at 2′ recorded.
June 2014 – Peter Norton: One straight fluted female yew grows just east of the north facing porch. Girths of 15′ 8” (478cm) at 1′, 15′ 3” (465cm) at 2′ and 15′ 2” (462cm) at 3′.
2016 – Tim Hills: Girths of 15′ 4½” (469cm) at 2′ and 15′ 5” (470cm) at 4′.
June 2021 – Brynley Andrews: Girth 480cm (15′ 9”) at 1m. There was yellowing and die back on the south side and healthy on north side crown. The tree stands on raised ground and is particularly imposing when viewed from the nearest road and main access way.
September 2024 – Brynley Andrews: Girth of 480cm (15′ 9”) at 1m.
