Notes:A male and female pair of yews still guard the old north entrance into the churchyard. The male, shown first, grows to the east and girthed 13′ 5″ (409cm) at the root crown and 12′ 10″ (391cm) at 2′ while the female to the west had much lower growth and young shoots. I managed to thread the tape at about 2′ height and recorded 15′ 7″ (475cm). I think the lower part of the tree might be a bit exaggerated but could not measure anywhere else. Both trees had no crown reduction and healthy foliage along with branches that sweep to the ground.
