Notes:The tree looked insignificant, with twiggy growth covering most of the trunk where it faces the road. It was also surrounded by brambles and dying nettles, with ivy around its base. By clearing some of this it was possible to measure at a height of 10” above the ground on the side of the road, and 13′ 8” (4.17m) was recorded. On the east side the tree has a hollow at 5′ but dense twiggy growth prevented closer inspection. The tree is squat in appearance and found at GR SO61818036.
