Notes:

M.R. – The tree is short and appears to be in good heart. The original main trunk was burnt out many years ago by a lightning strike and the main trunk is now from a side branch starting about two metres above ground level. The girth, about one metre above ground level, is about five metres but this includes the hollow original trunk.
Tim Hills – Much of the outer growth on this tree appears to have once been internal, meaning the tree would once have been even larger girthed.
