Notes:

September 2009 – Tim Hills: On the rectory garden side the tree had been trimmed so that it looked more like a piece of hedge than a trunk. From it bole many thick stems (at least seven) rise parallel to each other. Girth appeared to be 14’/16′.
2015 – Paul Wood: Between 2009 and the present day the twiggy growth has been removed so that the splendid bole is now quite visible. No rot or hollows were seen and the tree looked in fine condition. The bole is elongated in shape and measured 505cm (16′ 7”) at the ground.
