Notes:2006: This tree is roughly 200 metres from the old house in an area that was part of the formal garden. It is below a terraced wall area, at the bottom of a flight of steps made initially of stone and then of railway sleepers. There is another smaller yew at the top of the steps.
A girth of 466cm (15′ 3”) at 140cm recorded by the Ancient Tree Inventory in 2016.
